me llama la atencion como las investigaciones criminales sobre trump son tan perifericas. me explico. los 4 casos donde tienen a trump en corte estan cogidos con alfileres. hubo un caso 5, el del fraude de su compañia, pero ese lo pago el ceo y no trump como dueño. que es primera vez que veo que el administrador, y no el dueño, es quien paga por un desfalco corporativo, y mas, tratandose de un egolatra narcisista que todo lo quiere dirigir y todo lo quiere aparentar. pero enumero los 4 casos a ver si me entienden.
asalto al capitolio
la investigacion del congreso trajo 3 cargos: tratar de obstruir un acto gubernamental (el conteo de votos electorales y el eventual nombramiento de biden como presidente) que en realidad trump no obstruyo porque el acto concluyo mas tarde tras desalojar a los asaltantes del capitolio… asi que lo mas que hizo trump fue dilatar el acto y nadie es encausado por retardar un tren mas alla de una multa. el segundo cargo propuesto por el comite congresional fue instigar una insurreccion. el cargo tiene angulos de eufemismo porque el jaleo no fue armado sino mas bien una protesta que se torno violenta y desmadres asi ocurren en estados unidos anualmente, desde marchas pacificas que se vuelven agresivas hasta piquetes sociales por la muerte de un etnico. el tercer cargo a trump es conspirar para revertir una eleccion. trump siempre habla elipticamente a la manera de los jefes mafiosos, aun en sus descargas publicas. y en aquel discurso del 6 de enero dijo que fueran al capitolio a pelear por su pais o lo iban a perder. mandar a pelear a gente desarmada es una hiperbole retorica. ninguna corte seria enjuicia el sentido figurado.
papeles de mar-a-lago
aqui tenian un buen caso con otros 3 cargos: espionaje, manejo indebido de documentos gubernamentales y obstruccion de la ley al negarse a entregar todo el papeleo. este caso se jodio por biden y sus papeles en su antigua oficina, el garaje de su casa y el closet del pasillo. incluso por irlos entregando a cuenta gotas. el sabado pasado el fbi registro la casa del presidente durante 13 horas y hallo otros 5 papeles clasificados mas… y suena como que si siguen buscando en el maletero del corvette o en el refrigerador hallan mas cosas que deben estar en el archivo nacional.
el caso de georgia
este es el caso mas fuerte quizas porque la felonia esta grabada de una llamada telefonica. trump pidiendole al fiscal estatal que le encuentre 12 mil votos para revertir la eleccion a favor de el quitandosela a biden. la ley georgiana estipula que eso es crimen. y por un crimen grabado en un tape pueden enjuiciar a cualquiera de manera convincente ante un jurado. pero… todo se viene abajo si trump declara que el cree firmemente que gano la eleccion 2020. tendrian que conseguir una prueba de trump aceptando -antes de esa llamada- que perdio con biden…
la violacion a la escritora
trump comete una pifia en su deposicion de 5 horas -grabada- sobre la acusacion de violacion a una escritora de revista en el vestidor de una tienda por departamentos. la sra alega que trump le pide que le escoja una prenda interior para una amiga y una vez en el vestidor trump la abraca, le manosea la vulva y la penetra de pie con su micropene. primero trump asegura que el no pudo violarla no por el micropene de pie sino porque esa mujer no es su tipo. ahora ella, casi con 80, es fea como una bruja. e incluso trump dice que jamas la vio antes. pero entonces le sacan una foto de hace mas de 30 años donde se ve el con ella y el marido de ella. y para colmo trump dice que la mujer de la foto es su segunda esposa. no solo la escritora se ve atractiva en la foto sino que trump la confunde con una esposa de el. se le fastidia el cuento a trump de que ella no es su tipo. no sera su tipo ahora porque la compara con melania pero si fue su tipo antes, cuando el la confunde con una ex. en fin… si el caso camina trump termina encerrado tal y como terminaron otros ricos y famosos antes (campeon mundial de boxeo -tyson-, estrella del entretenimiento -cosby-, y productor de hollywood -weinstein-) pero esta por ver si el caso se sostiene.
con esto termino diciendo que hay que buscar otra cosa para encerrar a trump o terminamos encerrados nosotros en nuestro wishful thinking. aunque creo que lo mejor es dejarlo que se atore con un hueso de pollo o se esnunque en una escalera debido a su batmofobia.©varela
it strikes me how criminal investigations into trump are so peripheral. i explain. the 4 cases where they have trump in court are caught with pins. there was a case 5, that of his company’s fraud, but that was the ceo the falling guy and not trump as owner. it’s the first time that i see the manager, and not the owner, is the one who pays for a corporate embezzlement, and even more, dealing with a narcissistic egomaniac who wants to manage everything and wants to pretend everything. but i list the 4 cases to see if you understand me.
storming the capitol
the congressional investigation brought 3 charges: trying to obstruct a government act (the counting of electoral votes and the eventual appointment of biden as president) that trump didn’t actually obstruct nothing ’cause the act concluded later after evicting the assailants from the capitol… so the most that trump did was delay the act and no one is prosecuted for delaying a train beyond a fine. the second charge proposed by the congressional committee was instigating an insurrection. the charge has angles of euphemism because the ruckus was not armed but rather a protest that turned violent and riots like that occur in the united states annually, from peaceful marches that become aggressive to social pickets for the death of an ethnic person. the third charge against trump is conspiring to reverse an election. trump always speaks elliptically in the manner of mob bosses, even in his public posts. and in that speech on january 6, he said that they should go to the capitol to fight for their country or they would lose it. sending unarmed people to fight is rhetorical hyperbole. no serious court prosecutes the figurative sense.
mar-a-lago papers
they had a good case here with 3 other charges: espionage, mishandling of government documents, and obstruction of the law by refusing to hand over all paperwork. this case was screwed up by biden and his papers in his old office, the garage of his house and the closet in the hallway. even for delivering them by drop count. last saturday the fbi searched the president’s house for 13 hours and found another 5 more classified papers… and it sounds like if they keep looking in the trunk of the corvette or in the refrigerator they find more things that should be in the national archive.
the georgia case
this is the strongest case perhaps because the felony is recorded on a phone call. trump asking the state attorney to find him 12 thousand votes to reverse the election in favor of him taking it away from biden. georgian law stipulates that this is a crime. and for a crime recorded on tape they can convincingly try anyone in front a jury. but… everything falls apart if trump declares that he firmly believes that he won the 2020 election. they would have to get a proof of trump accepting -before that call- that he lost with biden…
the rape of the writer
trump commits a blunder in his 5-hour deposition -recorded- on the accusation of rape of a magazine writer in the dressing room of a department store. the mrs alleges that trump asked her to choose an underwear for a lady friend and once in the dressing room trump hugged her, groped her vulva and penetrated her standing up with his micropenis. first, trump assures that he could not rape her, not because of the micropenis in vertical sex, but because that woman is not his type. now she, almost 80, is ugly as a witch. and even trump says he never saw her before. but then they take out a photo of him from more than 30 years ago where he is seen with her and her husband. and to top it off trump says that the woman in the photo is his second wife. not only does the writer look attractive in the photo, but trump confuses her with his wife. trump’s story that she is not his type is screwed. she won’t be his type now because he compares her with melania, but she was his type before, when he mistakes her for an ex. anyway… if the case goes, trump ends up locked up just like other rich and famous people ended up before (world boxing champion -tyson-, entertainment star -cosby-, and hollywood producer -weinstein-) but it remains to be seen if the case stands.
with this i end by saying that we have to find something else to lock up trump or we end up locked up in our wishful thinking. although i think it’s best to let him get stuck on a chicken bone or breaks his neck on a ladder due to his batmophobia.©varela
